Virtual Channel Description
Contains the parameters necessary to acquire and display particular AV content. A Virtual Channel Description is made up of one or more Programming Sources. In addition, where possible, a priori knowledge is given of certain parameters required to receive and decode the virtual channel. This may include video and audio codecs.
