The entity designated to manage and administer Toll-Free Numbers for Toll-Free Subscribers within the 800 Service Management System (SMS/800).

Resp Org – Executing/Current

The Resp Org that effects or is responsible for processing a Resp Org Change of a Toll-Free Number on behalf on a Toll-Free Subscriber.

Resp Org – Submitting

The Resp Org that requests, on the behalf of a Toll-Free Subscriber, a Resp Org Change and seeks to become the controlling or managing Resp Org of the Toll-Free Number.
