Multicast Listener Discovery version 1 (MLD v1)

MLD v1, as defined in RFC 2710, is the original version of the MLD protocol allowing IPv6 multicast hosts to join a multicast tree. MLDv1 does not support SSM since the join and done messages only define the group address and not the source address.
