ETS Service User�s priority level
A number priority level from one to five where one has the highest priority for ETS. (Legacy GETS or, WPS, or NGN-PS) services and five has the lowest priority for ETS (Legacy GETS or, WPS, or NGN-PS) services. The Service Users priority level for WPS is assigned to a Service User. Defined by the Federal Communications Commission in Report & Order 00-242 July 2000.
