Device Profile

Device specific information which identifies the capabilities of a device.This can include information on embedded applications and firmware as well as device configuration and ideally contains information on upgrades, updates and version numbers to applications or physical device accessory attachments.The device profile is used in the context of service convergence to define the parameters which affect QoE, transfer/concurrence and security posture.
